My nails look horrible, the tech was rude, I have a cut on my finger, the owner/manager is combative... Upon arriving I ask to see colors of the gel polish (as I always do when I enter a nail salon) I am handed a binder ring with a ton of colors on it and begin to sit down in the waiting area but the owner immediately sends me to a tech. As I sit down this woman is reaching for my right arm... AS I AM TRYING TO FIND A COLOR, I NEEDED TWO HANDS FOR THAT SMH. She BURNED me several times, and each time I told her after pulling my hand away she would say "shhh" what in the world!!! I asked to have a nail replaced... and you would have thought I had let out a battle cry.. the owner rapidly appears explaining why this isn't their fault.. (combative).. I explain this isn't about blame I want the nail replaced and of course I am paying for it. The entire time the tech is working on my hand, she is strangely manipulating my hand i awkward positions to suit her not giving one dam* if I am ok?? Keep in mind I have been getting nails every two weeks for almost 30 years... I never had anyone so awkward working on my nails. I should have left the minute she reached for my arm before I could get seated much less decide a color. WE will never go there again.

Went here 2 times for fill ins.. The first time was great I think the girls name was Michelle did fabulous. Went back for a fill in and they we're busy had to wait about 30 minutes I looked through found my color. When I was called it was a guy this time (no problem my old person was a guy loved him), he took the Polish off put the fresh acrylic on and while grinding them down he got my finger it hurt but I didn't make a big deal he cleaned it up. After that he told me he didn't have the color and started on the next person came back after I had waited for a few minutes. Painted them and it was terrible the finger he cut he got polish in and started bleeding again and burned so bad, and it doesn't even look right. Then when I asked for a different top coat he lied and said he couldn't use it on gel even though I do it all the time then when I told him he opened 1 drawer looked said it was out I felt like he was just trying to get me out the door like I was asking too much. When he finished I was upset but just paid he charged me $3 more for the same exact thing I had done last time for cheaper and without a cut finger. The customer service was terrible this time if Kim the owner was in she would not allow me to treated that way. Don't know if I will be back but not for that guy for sure!
