I been going here since 2014 but today the service lacked professionalism communication amd just plain out some bull.... Her pricing is way to high. I got in am argument with her and only paid for half my head done . I paid 150 for ear to ear crochet. After she told me it was 100. I'm from the city I'm not from the country and trust and believe Nancy hair braiding will get me right!

My husband made an appointment at 9 am, this is my very first time coming to the shop. Waited and waited for the shop that is supposed to be open at 9 ( appt only). Least to say, I didnâ€™t get my hair done.

Oh my, awful service. Arrived more than an hour late and I was her first customer. Left he shop in the middle of braiding. Eating, nursing a baby...sooooo unprofessional. Then tried to get me to pay $10 more than the agreed upon price. I witnessed another customer stay at least the full 5 hours it took for me to get my hair done. Was the work good?...yes. Was it an awful experience?...yes

After waiting an hour and a half before they got started (I knew I should have left and gone to Charlotte) but I wanted to give the shop one more try. I paid $180 for braids I could have gotten done for $65. They're big at the root and super skinny at the tip, way shorter than I've ever seen or gotten and I had 2 braiders in my hair and have 3 different looking braids! How does that happen, you can't even match your own braid? Needless to say I'll be going to Charlotte or Winston next time.
