As a walk in, Felicia kindly greeted and treated me. I felt well taken care of. Felicia really cares about to quality of my hair. I should have come here sooner. The atmosphere is calm, kind and not as stressful as it is typically in A&V Dominican Salon in Fayetteville. I will be coming here from now on.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had a HORRIFIC experience here. Please beware! I think it is important to note that I have been here before and had Felicia cut and style my hair and everything went well. This time however Felicia was unavailable so I trusted her co-worker Priscilla. Which was a HUGE mistake. She was told to keep my layers which I already had and to give my hair a trim. Mind I had been working on growing out my hair for over a year and when it was straight it went down to my butt. She showed me she would keep my layers and the angle in the front and that she would only be taking off about 2 to inches off the bottom. Mind she is cutting my hair when it is straight. She butchered my hair. She cut my up to my shoulders over 8 inches of hair GONE. When I talked to her about it she said well there is nothing I can do it about it now it's already GONE. I can offer you a free conditioning treatment next time you come in. Mind that is a 10.00 add on service. No appology or recognition that she messed up. Which is honestly what I was really looking for. When no asked her about extensions she didn't offer a discount or anything to try and fix my hair. I tried to get in contact with Felicia I got no answer. Which really pissed me off even more. So I went to another hair salon recommended by a friend. She took a look at my hair was able to fix my angle in the front as I had none. And she looked at the cut and said in order for her to fix it (as she had no idea what Percillia did the cut was horriable) she would need to take off another 3 inches. She said to let it grow and then come back and she would fix it. Worst experience at a hair salon ever!

Felicia's Dominican Salon has been servicing my hair for the last 5 years. During my high risk pregnancy, my shoulder-length hair fell out in clumps. I was left with exactly an inch all the was around.Felicia restored all that I had lost within a matter of months. She has always made me feel welcomed and truly beautiful. The owner and staff of Felicia's Dominican Salon are true professionals. I feel for the previous patrian, as I witnessed her full experience. The stylist (Pricilla)explained to her that what she was requesting would be a big change. Pricilla, after much debate , convinced to actually keep some of the length. Felicia and I were in the next chair, and never w itnessed a complaint of any sorts. Only the love of her new look.
