Called in the morning to make an appointment. Showed up on time and Kim made a smart remark to a coworker about being busy and how she wanted a lunch break and they were so busy. I made me feel very uneasy and most certainly unwanted. She then began talking with the lady sitting in the chair at the time about how her coffee was cold and she was hungry. I'm sorry that you didn't take a lunch break and your coffee was cold, but that is no way to treat people. Be grateful that your schedule is packed and you are making a living. I am a nurse and go whole shifts with no bathroom break and definately no food break, but I would never treat my patients or their families that way. Most certainly unappreciated. The only reason there is 3 stars is because she did a great job with the cut, after the comments.

BEST PLACE TO GET HAIR DONE! Honestly I've had many amazing experiences with this salon and love getting my hair dyed here, it always turns out amazing and the employees are friendly and kind!

Brittany cut my daughters hair this morning so we can donate to Wigs For Kids. 14 inches!!!! She did a fantastic job! She's very polite & friendly as well!
