She does Excellent work but she works alone with one other person that only wash your hair. if you come in at 10am you not leaving until 4pm where your whole day is done. Long wait time is not good.

Worst experience I have ever had. I am giving her one star because I cannot do zero stars. I needed to get my hair blow dryed for my cousin's wedding. I was coming from out of state so I called her several weeks in advance to make an appointment and make sure she would be able to handle my natural curly hair. At the time she assured me that not only would she be able to handle my natural curly hair but also take care of my daughter's hair at 10am. She specified that she was going to write it down in her "appointment" book. I highly doubt she even owns an appointment book and if she does she is not using it. After I arrived to NC I went to visit her (24 hours previous to my appointment). I wanted to introduce myself, confirm that everything was all set and to ask if it was possible for her to take care of one more person. She specified there would be no problem with adding another person. When I am inside talking to her she changed the time of my appointment from 10am to 12pm and assures me we will ready on time. She also informs me that she can't open at 10am because she has plans for that night. I agree with the new time because I didn't want to make a big deal. She said "you will be my first appointment". The wedding was in the late afternoon so I believed there would be enough time for everything to get done. My mother, my daughter and myself arrive at the salon at 1130a. She arrived at the salon at 1145a. When I stepped into the salon she was sweeping and picking up towels from every surface (floor, chairs, sofas etc). The place was filthy. There was trash (soda bottles, etc) and hair everywhere. At that point I should have ran away from there like my ass was on fire but I didn't. Her bathroom had a hole on the wall that was filled with water and there was black mold on the wall. I didn't have another option I had to trust her. As she is washing my hair she proceeded to tell me she had gone to a bar, an after hour party and she had arrived at her house early that morning. She was also badmouthing her own employee for calling out of work. At no point during our conversations did Ines tell me that she had booked two other appointments at 12pm. She washed my and my daughter's hair and sat it in rollers. I am no stranger to hair salons and I figured it would be perfectly fine to do the whole rollers/blow dry deal. At this point she hadn't even started with my mother. When we questioned her she said she would be quick drying the two other ladies' hair and since she sat our hair in rollers it would be even quicker and We would be out of there and no time at all. Her employee finally showed up and washed my mother's hair and sat her hair in rollers also. We waited for our turn for hours. She finally got to us and was so slow. We left her "Studio" after 530pm. We still had to go back to the hotel and get ready for the wedding which was about 30 minutes away from our hotel. We missed the whole wedding ceremony. The whole time she acted like nothing was happening even when we told her we really had to go. Save your money, your time and avoid the aggravation of dealing with such an unprofessional hair dresser.

She was quick fast and easy and knew exactly how i wanted my hair. I went to 2 other shops that were trying to charge me ridiculous prices to do a pin curl because i wash and dry mine at home to avoid to much heat and I’m natural she was great and i will be going back!
