Don't go here for color. I got a terrible ombre last summer. Went for a balayage and ended up paying $100 for blond highlights. The stylists have no skill when it comes to coloring. Honestly want my money back and I will never go back to Cost Cutters.

Kelsie is the Woman to Get .SHE 'S AMAZING. She cuts both mine & my fiancÃ©e's.I recently got highlights & I love them. She is So Detailed Oriented but also extremely efficient. As long As Kelsie is Here, We will cont. to be back.

I have gone here 4 or 5 times since I have moved here. Normally Amy cuts my hair and I love how it looks. There is also another women who has done a great job cutting my hair. I'm not sure what here name is, but she is blonde and has a stud earing in her top lip on the right side. But next time I go and the women who cut my hair today is there I will walk right back out. She had black hair,glasses, and a small tattoo reading "life" on her right arm. She was very rude! Completely disrespecting the way I wanted my hair cut. I asked for it to not be layered from a 0- 2 when she looked in the mirror she didn't like it so she went and layered my hair against my wishes! My hair is so uneven I have to go get another haircut just to touch it up. I'm very unhappy with the service I got today from her!!

Went in on a Thursday at noon, wasn't busy at all two workers, two customers. One worker, Amy (the GM, might I add) proceeded to complain about the protesters not giving a hair cut, standing there waving her comb. I waited a extra 30 mins so a worker and customer could complain about something... Very very poor customer services. Also I'm a younger man, I waited 15 mins to be even talked to, but only after about 1 min of a older woman being there she was helped.The hair cut was a very choppy low end hair cut. I've gotten way better hair cuts from a hair school, I thought I was going to a good friendly salon. There was nothing but stuff to complain about on this trip to your salon, This used to be my regular salon because of the service and hair cuts, but the experience the from the GM, of all people, was horrible. Bad services, bad haircut, bad manager.
