I had a bad experience with Jenny. I told her multiple times what I wanted and showed multiple picture of what my hair was and she was kinda snotty and I left with something I didn't like out $200

My wife went to MBS for a perm and a hair cut. They did not cut her hair the way she wanted, And her so called perm is flat and not curly at all. On top of that they charged her $210. She went back too see if they could fix it, but when she stopped in it was about 18 days after the perm and they gave her a hard time and wont warranty it because it was 4 days too long. sorry we don't live in minot, and if a perm cant last 18 days how can it last a couple of months? After all of this I did some checking and about half of the stylists, seem to not have current license's according to MBS website and the state of North Dakota web site. BECAREFUL
