Went to get a hair cut Friday 03/22/24 at 6:30pm told her I wanted a 2 guard on the side and little but off the top. She didn’t part my hair what so ever just started chopping stuff off. Now the tops too short with 2 solid cut lines on the right of my head. Not only to mention first thing she said “you like jokes?” Of course I said “yes” and she said “why do women have flower on their underwear? In memory of all the faces that were buried down there” and told me to laugh. Most uncomfortable and worst hair cut I’ve had in my life. Not only that she didn’t bother brushing the hair off me either. Just let me walk out the mall with hair all over my face and neck.

On March 21st my mother and I had our hair cut by a woman there. Mom went 1st as I watched. She had us distracted from the moment she started cutting by verbal distraction. Mom wanted a short shag that ended up too short has a straight horizontal cut linen on right side of head. Then she works on me. Gave me a shorter bob than I wanted on left side, then took horizontal cuts out on the right side of my head. There are literally chunks of hair 2 inches shorter than the rest of the length. In order to fix either one's hair now, we will have to go even shorter than we wanted. It's just horrible. I went from long past the shoulder length hair to a very short mess. I'm pissed. I want a refund.

This is the last place to go in Minot. I'm a retired Cosmetologist and I've seen my fair share of bad hair cuts and Cosmetologists but this place takes the cake. I will never go back again. My daughter and I both went in for haircuts and we got butchered. She kept stopping in the middle of the cuts just to run her mouth about her personal life and lost her place and guidelines in the process. I showed her the cut I wanted and now I have a spiked hair cut. I wanted a short 70's shag and it's shorter on 1 side than the other, lousy cuts.

Had haircut scheduled for my child at 11 when they opened. Nobody showed up for work today apparently and no phone call of a cancellation. Doors locked and nobody is answering the phone. This place is trash. Never taking anyone here again. Luckily HS HAIR SALON is opened and we could get a walk in appointment . He does great work and actually shows up. Definitely recommend.
