First experience with Bella Bronze, after a two-year haircut hiatus was nothing short of spectacular. This place is extremely male friendly and I was at ease to see other men here when I arrived. The staff acts like any other salon and politely asks you if you need something to drink. However the staff members here actually speak to you as if you're family you can just tell there is another layer of customer service here you just don't experience very often anymore. My Stylist Gabby did a fantastic job listening to my concerns, addressing them and cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it. Gabby was nice, friendly, and can cut hair like the pro she is. I also receive 20% off my service/products! I would highly recommend Bella Bronze to anyone in Northeast Ohio if you want to experience a Top Notch Salon all the way around. A+.

I really love every aspect of Bella Bronze Studios! I typically only visit here for tanning, which is excellent. The beds/rooms are always clean and well maintained, and their spray tan system is great too. However, I recently visited for my hair, nails, and eyebrows and I was pleasantly surprised with all three services! Brittany was quick and efficient with my nails, and did a great job overall. Sarah took my overly long, overly dull hairdo and totally revitalized my look! She was very thorough in explaining my options and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She also did my eyebrows and even helped explain which products would be great for my hair afterwards. My entire day at the studios was great. I am someone who has a hard time finding a salon I'm comfortable with, and I actually really love this place! From the kind woman that scheduled my appointment in the beginning all the way to the great customer service at checkout, the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend.

In my opinion it is overpriced for the services I received and is misleading. I've been here three times and 2 out of 3, I left unhappy. The first visit I got hot pink highlights and a nape undercut and my total was in the mid $200's. The color completely washed out after 3 days and the undercut was hacked - even though I was personally told the girl who did my undercut knew what she was doing... She did not. I had to go to a barber and spend extra money to get it fixed. The second visit was an eyebrow wax that left me looking overexcited/shocked because the arches we're extremely high. The third visit was another eyebrow wax I left happy with. I don't remember her name but I was told she was a new wax specialist and she indeed did a good job. She is the only reason I gave 2 stars.without her I would've given zero.

Review amendment: After a disappointing initial experience and review I was promptly contacted by the owner who reached out in a genuine effort to inquire about and rectify the situation. I am very glad I returned to the salon as my second visit was excellent! I look forward to returning soon. Thank you Bella Bronze!
