Had a great haircut from their new location and the interior decor is beautiful. The staff was rude. My hair dresser would ask me a question then talk over me with everyone else in the room. Could not carry on a conversation because she was more focused on everyone else. The hair dresser had family coming in to visit and they sat in and empty chair to socialize and visit. I normally would not mind this unprofessionalism but it was uncomfortable just sitting there trying to get a word in. I tried telling her how I want my hair cut and styled and she did not listen. I told her I wanted some swoop bangs and that I wear my hair flat. She did not do the bangs and she poofed my hair up. But the basic cut I did get was nice and even.
