I showed up 5 minutes early for an appointment and was ignored when I walked in. When my appointment time started, the stylist was still with the previous customer. 6 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, the stylist finished with the first customer and started on another customer. It was 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and the stylist was still with the second customer. Up to this point, I had been completely ignored. I can understand if a business is running late on scheduled appointments and offer an apology for it, but to not even acknowledge a customer or potential customer when they enter your business is inexcusable to me.
