Staff is great, MANAGEMENT needs to get their act together. I usually get the best haircut from this location, and the staff is great, but when the wait is 50+ min. every night, all night, there are some really bad decisions being made with scheduling.

Why have online check-in that says 10 minutes then you get there, they tell you 30 and it takes 45 before you're even in a chair??? Try that at a restaurant when they're on a wait and you'll be paying for someone's meal. What a joke. The app is supposed to save you time. Looks like it COST me time having to go home and go somewhere else tomorrow.

My husband was getting his hair cut 7/26 at 7:45. Myself and 4 kids pulled outside in the van to wait for him. Meanwhile, inside the workers stated “I really hope she isn’t coming in here with all those kids!” and “I they aren’t all coming to get haircuts”. My husband just took it lightly and enjoyed climbing in the van without mentioning how rude the worker was. We are really active parents of four very active kids in the area. We use this location because because they have always been kind and welcoming but maybe that’s just when we are in ear shot. We will be sure to spread those comments to the many other families we know in this small community to let them know kids are not really welcome customers at this establishment. We will take our 6 person family and be sure to spend our money supporting businesses that are not rude and unprofessional.
