Looks like Michelle has a history of bad reviews. Look at her profile and you will see that she writes only bad reviews about Salons and hospitals and doctors. Seems as if we just dodged a bullet by not booking her at our salon. I'm sure she would write a bad review no matter what. Who calls a business and tells them about their bad reviews? Sounds like trouble from the beginning. I assure you we are a reputable salon and have a multitude of very talented stylists. Come in and find out for yourself.

I just tried to make an appointment at the salon although the ratings were very very bad online as this one will be too. Whoever answered the phone was very rude I mention they had some bad reviews and there were a couple names of stylists that I did not want the lady told me if we have such bad reviews why do you want to come here and hung up the phone on me. I was being completely polite I just wanted to avoid some of the said employees that were not so skilled at their job. I called back and nicely asked the woman why did you hang up on me I was trying to make an appointment there were just a few names mentioned that I did not want. The woman started yelling why would you want to come get your hair done here anyway if we have such bad reviews? As I explained again I said looks like you'll be getting another bad review for me and I never even got to walk in the place. She said that's fine see if I care. What kind of businesses that. I never even entered the salon and I had a horrible experience do you not go here!! If somebody can be that rude over the phone just imagine if you actually had to go there and pay for something. I am honestly a Just in shock right now over what just happened on the phone do you weave and white business? I called back to speak to a manager or owner know that the receptionist was very rude. Turns out the woman I was talking to was the owner of the salon. She she asked why are you calling again and I said because I wanted to let the manager know that whoever is answering the phone is the rudest person I've ever talk to. Turns out it's the owner! Never go to this place I would give this zero stars if I could and I never even walked in there!
