I went in for a simple haircut. It was obvious that my stylist was new, did not talk much, which is fine, washed my hair, but not the underside thoroughly. She asked what I wanted and I explained just a trim. I currently have layers I'm trying to grow out and didn't want any additional layers. She sat me in the chair and simply cut the length I wanted off. She didn't touch the layers which I guess is what I should expect by saying I was growing them out. She then spent 15 minutes blow drying my hair. She then showed me the back of my new haircut and told me my layers were really full of split ends and I should have them trimmed in 6 weeks. I was so over the experience, I threw my hair in a ponytail, paid and left. I styled my hair this morning and to my surprise it's really uneven. I called to see if I could make the hour drive and come back in to have it fixed. I was told the same stylist would have to cut it. I really don't want her to touch my hair again. I was told a manager would call me back to discuss it and still am waiting for the call. Super disappointed because I've been a customer for years 👋
