Jen was awesome!!!! I got the worst haircut from a salon in Twinsburg the previous week and the stylist ruined my hair. I didn't think much could be done, but Jen made my hair look incredible. She takes pride in her work and if you are looking for precision; Jen is the stylist for you!!!!

I received the best pedicure ever from Colleen! It was very relaxing and she gave an amazing foot massage. I highly recommend Colleen for gel polish and spa pedicures!

The best salon experience I ever had! I've been a patron for close to 1 year and Heather is the sweetest receptionist and very helpful! Jessica is a color "goddess" and Brittney is an expert at facials and massages!!! Everyone is fantastic!

Not a fan AT ALL. A friend and I went in for a gel manicure. The nail techs weren't that friendly. The quality of the manicure wasn't good and it's only been 2 days and I already have a couple chips. I will not be going back.

From the rude receptionists (can you say Heathers) to my surely and rude hairdresser, just a terrible experience. Paid quite a bit for a very poor haircut and style from Gina. Don't let the beautiful and clean salon fool you, very rude staff and bad experience!
