We went and requested Donna. She has done our sons haircur the last time and did a decent job and we went back another time and got a random and the random cut his bangs straight across, so I found her business card in an old purse, so since she didn't cut his bangs straight across I thought it'd be worth the wait to request her. We sat for and hour and a half on a Sunday waiting on her and she skipped us. I got up and told her. She didn't apologize. She just said, "Well, I called that name three times." in the rudest tone ever. It was a very busy day. There were several kids in there and it was very loud. I don't doubt she probably called his name, but she didn't have to treat us like we were stupid or be rude. We have two small kids and wasted an eternity in there for nothing, but rude service. We won't be back. We can get a decent haircut anywhere. I think customers deserve to be treated differently. A simple, "I'm sorry. It's loud in here and you must not have heard me. I will get to him as fast as I can." would have sufficed. We would have been happy and waited, but she was just so hateful I wouldn't have let her cut my kids hair if she had said it was free after that.
