I was happy my hair was not pulled tight, but its been has not been a week and its a mess already, wanted feed in briads, it was small the first few twists in, THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS A HUGE BULKY BRAID! I only got 6. It was nice at first, but i got home n realized it was not like the picture I showed them, going from small and gradually getting thicker. And where it was small at, on my edges.....IS WHERE MY HAIR HAS NOW BROKE OFF! Parting is also not straight, i also paid before i was done, never will i go again!

Horrible customers service & VERY UNSANITARY! Hair is all over the place & they donâ€™t clean their combs or clips. A worker dropped edge control on the floor and picked it up and put it back in the container and used it on a customer! Also two different people were doing my hair and I had two different size braids. I wonâ€™t be back and donâ€™t recommend it!

I have been coming to this shop for many many years now that Natalie has relocated this shop has went to HELL I have never experienced this much rudeness and disrespect they are now doing shorter braids for the same price even after showing many pics of braids that I got done in the shop and paid 160.00 for I was told TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE!! I called and left the owner several msg. And never got a reply they talk super loud their kids are running around every where Dominique needs to remember here in AMARICA we strive to satisfy the customer! I should know I work for the State Of Ohio Attorney General Office!

They rude as hell. They grab ur hairband head and if u tell them they say u will be ok. Also they tell u s diff price over the phone then in person. The lady made me pay b4 my hair was down. I'm Goin to support African Americans braiding because I've had to many bad experiences with African women being rude as hell. I wish people would protest they butts and maybe they will act better. I'm done spending my money with them.

If I could rate them zero/no stars I definitely would, the service was horrible they made me pay before service was rendered, NOT TO MENTION "I HATED MY HAIR". I asked why can't I pay after my hair was done, she said it was policy, however nothing was posted in the salon, and she couldn't show me any documentation about this so-called policy. The owner along with others started speaking in there own language, which I can only assume it was about me; NEVER WOULD I GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEIR SALONðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ–•
