Walked in. Stood by the front desk and was never checked in.. Next person was checked in as he walked in the door. One of the stylists took a person back who seemed to not be checked in. At least I didn't see the name Nick on the list.. Apparently the stylist that took him back was a friend or boyfriend. Other customers walked in and another stylist was at the computer and did not check them in, someone else had to do it.. Then they went to call those people back I had to speak up that I was next and was not checked in.. Seems kind of unprofessional when there are other customers in the store. I stayed for the haircut only because I had my daughter with me and had her out of her car seat already. I will probably go out of my way in order to avoid this store at all cost..

My haircut usually looks good, this time not so good , could be just had less to work with. 🙄

After my cut, Abby asked me about my bangs. I asked for suggestions as they are difficult to manage and she suggested a round brush. I bought one right away and have used it ever since. This was really helpful advice and such an easy fix that I use almost every day. Thanks, Abby! Btw, I also really like Terri! So friendly and pleasant!

The person that I ended up with ripped and broke off my hair while complaining that it was too hard to comb...um...I have fine long hair that she was trying to comb straight up with a fine tooth comb? And started panicking when other customers came in and sat down to wait...I was there 10 minutes before her main concern was to get my hair done asap to be able to take care of them...she could have used a brush first then moved on to a comb...but in her panicked state she insisted on the fine toothed comb and tore my hair then chopped it up so unevenly...I didn't understand why it was more important to freak out over people just walking in and them waiting longer than 10 minutes than me...her current customer.
