Save your money!

I was looking for a place in town that I didn't have to make an appointment with. I walked in and a grumpy older man asked what I wanted and after telling him I wanted to get dip powder on my fingernails and get a pedicure, he said no no dip powder but acrylics! I said I didn't want the tips but he went ahead to trim my nails and started taking out the artificial nails when I told him that I wanted overlay of gel on my natural nail and he said they can't do it. The woman didn't even speak to me the entire time either, when she did my pedicure, she was talking in her language that I couldn't understand and when I paid she charged me double. These people are rude and not very clean. I would drive to Toledo or Findlay over ever coming back to these joksters. Zero stars

I went in today to have my nails filled and repaired, after waiting almost 4 weeks to have it done. 3 of them had fallen off and most of the others were coming loose, which was all due to my neglecting them. So, they recommended I get a new full set but I could only afford the fill and repair today. Even tho I couldn't afford it they gave me a whole new set for the price of the fill and repair. I guess there r benefits to being a regular/valued customer. These people r great, always friendly, and my nails r always beautiful when I leave. I'm a very satisfied customer indeed and would recommend this place to anyone! 😁

I will Never Return to Elegant Nails Ever Again!! The middle aged chic who‘s name I think is Kim, was Very Rude & wanted to Charge me for Every Little Thing!!! I went there to get my nails taken off & a new set put back on, even though I had just gotten them done a week ago at first Nails on route #20 in Rossford, but the acrylic was so Thin they kept breaking off. So after she clued on my tips she asked me how long I would like my nails as she suggested a length, & I said ‘Just a Little longer than that cuz She suggested them to be way too short, Then she said “ that cost more money!” I couldn’t believe she was wanting to charge me to have what women consider Normal Length!! After arguing with her over & over I told her to make them whatever length that Doesn’t require an Upcharge!!! Then after she had my acrylic on and I was picking out my fingernail polish I could hear her huffing and puffing because I must’ve been taking too long for her liking, even though I was the only one in there!!. After she had got done painting I noticed that she did not paint the tips of my nails where you could see the thickness of the acrylic and I asked her if she could please paint the tips, & Once Again that would cost extra,🤬which I have never heard before and all the years that I have gotten my nails done!! Then she started to speak in their language that none of us understand to what looked like to be her father. So, just when I Thought I was done being charged out the A**, I go to pay with my debit card & Guess What!!?? There’s an Extra Charge for That Too!!😂Unbelievable!!! So, FYI,, if it’s under $50 they charge you $1 , & if it’s over $50 they charge you $2!! 😡 I went there and hopes of having a relaxing hour if getting my nails done but instead I left pissed enough to write a long review about my experience!! I don’t want anybody else to have to endour the rudeness & Overcharging of that place so I Hope u found this helpful before deciding to go there!!

Okay, so I never been here until yesterday because I needed a balance desperately and thought I'd try them out. And the women told me the man would do them. So I sat down, and I could imminently feel his bad vibe, he was not nice at all, not friendly or talkative. I honestly don't know what his problem in life is. But I told him I didn't like one of my nails because it was filed crooked he got pissed got up and started speaking in "thier language", then the lady came over to finish, which SHE should've been doing them to begin with. Men don't understand as much! So I explained to her and she said she sees what I meant, then she went to go paint them & I said WAIT, my pinky nail didn't even get filled in all the way because the man obviously can not see properly! So she finally seen what I was talking about and filled in the big gap with more acrylic! They lay the acrylic on very thin. And she told me I was picky, I told her I'm paying my money I'm not gonna walk out with messed up nails. Then I picked out regular polish, not gel.. And she told me to sit at a UV NAIL DRIER which did not dry my regular polish completely so when I left thinking my nails were finally dry, I messed the polish up on my right hand I turned the heater on Full blast in my car and dried them while going to pick up my son. I've never met a more rude nail salon, all the other ones I've been to in life are very nice and generous, I wasn't pleased!. The only one that was nice was his wife. They were crappy service all together and I paid too much for the service given, I even tried to be nice by saying thank you, and waved bye & that wasn't even appreciated, it's like they didn't care they litteraly ignored me. they dont even own air driers for regular polish, only UV LIGHT GEL POLISH DRIERS! Only good thing I got out of it really, is I really like this teal polish I picked out! I don't think I'll ever go back. I don't recommend.🖕

This nail shop is awful. Worse place I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of nail shops. The guy there is RUDE they take forever my nails were HORRIBLE don’t waste your time or money they suck. I’d give it -10 stars if that were an option. Go to changes on Mane 😊

I have gone here a few times for a fill in only because it is the only nail shop in BG. They are not considerate and will rush through your nails. My nails always turn out too then, when I asked her to apply more acrylic they said they would have to charge me for a full set in order to do so. Very rushed and sloppy job. I will not be returning
