If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is awful...BEWARE!! First we told them we wanted acrylics because they were cheaper but once the total came we were then told they were gels which were more expensive, on top of nail art, for 2 sets of nails were $120!! Are you kidding me that's double the price, we were given no explanation or receipt as to why the price was so high, just looked at me confused. I got home and realized 3 of the nails were not glued down all the way and were loose and the tips were not painted and the the polish already looked grown out, they didn't paint my nail all. the way,it was a crappy job at best. When we went in I was yelled at, and he refused to do anything unless the nail actually fell off, wouldn't even look at the polish job and told me I was crazy and then BAN me from service. ....umm why because I was unhappy and asked for your help, I never yelled or never got nasty I tried to explain why I wasn't happy and instead i left in tears and an empty wallet.

They move to fast. They get the job done but not well. I'm not going back. They suck!

My sister and I never get our nails done and had never been here before but the location is ideal so we went. There was no wait so even better! But as soon as we sat in the chairs we felt uneasy...the tech that was doing my fullset was very interested in our personal lives...and as we gave short answers she would ask more personal questions. She didn't listen to what I wanted done to my nails at all! And then my sister got moved over to the guy who was way worse, he messed her finger up with the sander. Our nails are lop sided, looks like my 3 year old did them. And to top it off the price that was posted is not what we paid at all! I paid $70 for 2 fullsets and plain polish. She was also trying to upsale us on gel polish, and told me I need to get my eye brows done bad, told me I look asian! I was kinda offened since I'm very Italian and I came her to get my nails done, not her opinion. She didn't paint the corners or the sides, they are uneven, loose and just crappy! As we were leaving she was like see you in 2 weeks! The guy didn't even finish my sister's he passed her off to another person and got on his laptop! Terrible customer service
