So it’s been about month since the fateful day I want into J&Co Hair; and I am still devastated. I live in Orrville and didn’t wanted to have to drive far to get my hair cut; big mistake. I was paired with Alyssa Denning, who was very nice, but obviously doesn’t know how to listen. I specifically said, all I wanted was a trim. I love the length of my hair and didn’t want to lose more than a ½ inch. I just needed to clean up the ends.
Alyssa dry cuts your hair. This is the second time I've had my hair dry cut and the second time I’ve had a bad experience. If anyone wants to dry cut your hair, run! Don’t walk! Run out of the salon, I wish I had.
Alyssa began to maim me starting in the back, so couldn’t see just how much she was cutting, by the time she got to the sides, I was sick, she had cut off 4-5 inches!! And had given me these horrible layers! I NEVER asked for layers, my hair is way too thin for layers! When I got home, my husband said, "why did she only do layers on one side?" Horrible!
I get that it’s just hair, but mine takes forever to grow and it had taken me almost 2 years to get it to a good length, and in the course of about 20 minutes, Alyssa took that from me. Do yourself a favor, do not get your haircut here, or choose a different stylist. This is a cut I would have expected from Best Cuts or Great Clips!
