amber was the lady that cut my son’s hair tonight. we came in a little late, which i understand is frustrating, however she was very unprofessional. when we came in she seemed back and forth between nice and passive aggressive. she started by complaining about the amount of online check in’s they had, and turned the open light off. my son is 2 and has only had his hair cut one other time, so he was a bit afraid and not too happy about it. amber started to cut his hair and not even half way through she said “i can’t.” she continued to tell me that she had been doing this for 20 years and even worked at cookie cutters a couple times, a place where they specialize in kid’s hair cuts, but my son was acting crazy. yes he is a toddler and having a bit of a fit, but he is TWO. if you supposedly have been a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years and have even worked at a place that specifically specializes in children’s hair cuts, i’m sure you’ve had to cut kid’s hair that acted 10 times worse compared to my child. his haircut isn’t even complete and it looks terrible. i still tipped to compensate us coming in late, but i am not happy with the service or his haircut.

I signed in online using the great clips app and when I left the house it said I had a 17 minute wait. When I got to great clips in Springboro five minutes later I looked at my phone and it said now I had a 30 minute wait. When I asked the lady working there why my wait time change from 17 minutes to 30 minutes she said it’s because two people walked in ahead of you. When I asked her what use is the app if you’re going to allow people to get ahead of someone just because they walk in and didn’t use the app she replied that that’s the way it is and I don’t make up the rules.

Used the coupon off Facebook . The girl was nice enough .. for the 5 mins ( maybe ) she invested in my haircut . Had to trim it up when I got home . I do not recommend them at all . I'm not going back again .. springboro great clips . Not any good guys ..
