I’ve never had any problems here until recently. There is one girl in particular that has messed up my hair twice in the last six months. The first time it was layers, completely uneven and one side of my hair was over an inch longer than the other. I had it fixed shortly after by someone else. The second time (I didn’t have much of a choice as it was only her and one other person working) it was bangs. They are way too short and uneven. I asked for bangs to my eyebrows and they fall mid forehead. I was uneasy about the second trip but thought, hey, everyone has a bad day and that everything would be fine this time. NEVER again! I don’t care how rude I sound, if I even go back there again. Now I can’t do anything but wait for them to grow.

I have been growing my hair out and just wanted a slight trim and tightened on around the neck. I specifically said " leave all the length and just tighten it up around the sides and back. He took the clippers to me and went to town. I have had several bad experiences with this franchise but after this guys hack job, I will never go back.

Walked out horrified after a stylist hacked my childs hair up. Obviously he didn't know what he was doing. I asked to him to get the manager but he said it just needed evened out. A bit more hacking and the manager came out but paid no attention. I got my child and walked out horrified and in tears. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY GREAT CLIPS EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE!
