Visited the brow bar yesterday and was seen by Erica, she was amazing!! I try not to go there too often because its pretty expensive for an eyebrow wax but it's always worth the money!! She did an amazing job, did exactly what I asked, was super friendly and talkative the whole time. She was super knowledgeable about all the products and at the end she styled my brows for me. Highly recommend her and all the stylist at this brow bar!

Just went to Ulta for the first time, Ali helped me, she was extremely helpful she showed me a lot of tips and cool products tailored to my face. All the staff was extremely nice and they let me bring my puppy Buttons in, in a backpack

I love Ulta but this location has become horrible over the years. There are sections (such as the Rimmel section) that have been empty for MONTHS and look sloppy and a lot of stuff is often disorganized and out of stock for several days. And when I am on the Ulta app, it’ll often say there are products I am looking for available at this location so I go and they are no where to be seen. Staff is unfriendly and forgetful. I went in to shop and bought a couple things in order to receive a promotional gift with purchase and they didn’t give it to me and when I told them they said I should have said something before I paid. I will no longer be going to this location. Horrible experiences.
