Prices are good, but the haircuts they give are hit-or-miss. Sometimes you’ll get a fantastic cut that you can’t wait to show off, other times you might have been able to do a better job with a pair of kitchen scissors and a YouTube tutorial. The online check-in makes it easy to get an appointment whenever you have the time, so at least they have that going for them. Overall, Great Clips is good if you’re on a budget or just need a basic haircut. Don’t expect anything going in or you might be dissapointed.

Some good stylists, some not so good. Super annoyed showing up at 4:57 PM (per my cell phone clock) on Sunday and the door is already locked, then I wait at the door for 3 minutes and the lady gives me an attitude when she finally opens it for me. You guys close at 5 on Sunday, not 4:55; don't give me a hard time just because you locked up early.

Every time I go, they're never able to do my hair right at all. I went in today and when I asked for layers, the lady (keeping her name disclosed) grabbed the top chunck of hair and cut it so it was about two inches long on top of my head. I have never seen a hair stylist who is unable to properly cut layers. Long story short I'll be shelling out another $20 so I can go literally anywhere else to fix it.

Been going here for over 6 years now love everyone there. All of them do a great job. Would not go to any other place.

They don’t know how to cut a cowlick. I told them to cut it long, and they said “Ok” but proceeded to cut it VERY short. So I had to go and buy some hair gel, and it still doesn’t work.
