I was a walk in for my first hair dye. I have dark brown and wanted to go to an ombre purple. I asked if it could be done and they said yes. I get my stylist she was very nice but uhh.... she didn't get my hair to a color that I wanted and she knew that. It came out pink. Plus I was there for 8-9 hours trying to get it to a color I disliked a lot (pink blonde... which had pink blotches everywhere) I told her I disliked the color and I came in to a free appointment and had it turned into a strawberry blonde (they told me the second time around that they couldn't do the ombre, I would appreciated if they just told me straight up) My husband was really upset with the whole process because he kept looking at the other 4 employees there and saw they were cutting and dying each others hair rather than doing work. He said "It cost so much to dye your hair here because the employees are the ones using all the dye." . . He wasn't wrong it was very upsetting to be sitting in that chair for 9 hours and watching these people have a blast with the salons products rather than cleaning, working, do something. Idk for me I will not be going back to this place just because I feel like I was duped into dying my hair a color I didn't want and just wish they would of told me straight forward that it wouldn't of worked instead of saying it would and then having me come in again. I tipped my stylist both times and tried to be respectful but I can say that when I got home I cried at what was done and later shaved it all off because I hated how my hair looked and felt, it fringed at the ends and felt like hay(completely damaged as if I bleached my hair myself with a 40 volume.. ) I was upset about this because my stylist reassured me that it would not feel like this and would not be this damaged. This was the first time I ever dyed my hair and it was a horrible experience . You may have a better time there but I did not.
