I went back and fourth on doing a review, because I knew I wouldn't give 5 stars. I got a manicure here last week, it was gel nailpolish and it held up about 2 days. It was French tips but they didn't line up with my nails. When she filed my nails (both times I went neither time did my nails line up on each hand. They were extremely uneven). The next issue I had is the gel nail polish from other places lasts at least 2 weeks, these didn't even last 2 days before they started to chip and catch causing my nails to break. At this point it's been less then a week and my nails look HORRIBLE. Normally I would have given a 1 or 2 star. However, they are extremely friendly, professional, and the price was truly wonderful. Unfortunately don't think I'll be going back just because of how bad my nails look.

Came into town for a girls weekend and booked a pedicure for three bffs. Michelle made us feel like family the entire time we were there! We were able to bring drinks and snacks and make a whole day of it. Two of us even ended up adding on manicures. The services were out of this world.

My girls loved their haircuts and styles. I highly recommend seeing Mitchell for haircuts.Very professional and nice.

Horrible experience! Our hair color is awful and we were charged a ridiculous amount of money! My daughter and I both now need to go to a different salon to have our hair redone! Michelle price gauged us $742.76. I went in because she was supposedly a friend of the family and we were throwing business her way. How did she repay us, my bill for needing my daughters roots done. My hair needed roots and highlights and low-lights for a low-low price of $742, this includes products and a tip which I always add 20% but what a MISTAKE. I had no idea that she added on services not rendered until I arrived home and reviewed the receipt from my e-mail. I contacted to Michelle thinking she would make it right and she basically told me to pound salt! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! It is not just about the ridiculous amount of cost, my daughter and I both hate our hair, the colors are awful! Michelle is the most unprofessional and rudest business owner I have ever met! This has been blasted all over social media and it appears she has been ripping people off for years! People used the forum to talk about their terrible experience at Michelle's Shop. SHAME ON YOU-MICHELLE!

Knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I wanted my hair to look like. Leah was very professional and friendly. Michelle took time to explain the color procedure and how this salons desire to share solutions in color and cut. I felt like this was my time not being rushed! I will definitely go back! Thank you Leah & Michelle!
