I use to go there every 5 weeks for years but overtime customer service has gone from ok to worst to very worst....no more going to this location.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! First off, I'm super picky when it comes to getting my hair cut. My sister (who owns her own salon) cut my hair for years but when I moved to Hilliard, I didn't really want to drive 3 hours to get my hair cut. I started looking and I found First Choice. The manager, Kat, is awesome and the Caitlyn and Nadine are fantastic as well. I love going there because I know I'm going to get a great cut no matter who cuts my hair. My kids (4, 8, and 11) love going there too!!! And best of all, I live like 1/4 mile from the salon! Also, here's a tip, if you can go during the week, there's rarely a wait!
