First time here & one of the most peaceful & best experiences I've had yet. You are treated special & like a priority the minute you walk through the door. They make sure you are comfortable & satisfied. From the wax to the amazing problem centered massage by Kathleen, I will definitely be back.

I always liked Jamie, I even sent her business because she does a good job. I called Fredericks to get my little girl in to get a hair cut before a wedding this weekend. They weren’t able to accommodate us after we have been coming there for a long time. I was shocked that they wouldn’t take Olivia on another day just because she is 7. It depends on who you talk to because I had another girl tell me that they would. It’s a shame because I always sent their salon business. I’m saddened that I won’t be taking her there now since they wanted to treat us like we didn’t matter. I will be finding a new salon.

Not "just" a day spa & salon. The staff is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always have smiles. They have a great selection of unique gifts also. The "lobby" sitting area is very comfy, but my favorite area is the inner sanctum...where you can relax before & after a massage. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful at her art & I always leave feeling like a new person. My kids & husband strongly agree 😉😂 Frederick's is always clean & welcomes everyone.

Great experience! Kelsey did a great job on my nails! I would highly recommend her! Beyond doing a great job, she’s SO nice and just a pleasure to talk to!
