My hair has never looked so good!! I was educated about the health of my hair and given a deep conditioning after a luxurious washing. I had no idea that I was not being given the best in hair care prior to my visit. Now, I will go NO where else. Tarsha is the truth!!!

I was looking for a few years for a place that did quality loc extensions. After much research I came across House of beautiful locs. I immediately contacted the shop and spoke with Tarsha. She was very nice and willingly to answer all of my questions and concerns over the telephone. We booked an appointment and she kept in contact via text and email regarding specifics on my appointment. On the day of installation it went smooth. I was comfortable with her and did not rush the service, she gave me options to see what I would like first. The shop as well is inviting. I love my locs, Tarsha knows her natural hair. After leaving the shop a person saw my hair and asked for her contact information for her son!!!!

The place was very clean and well set-up. India did my box braids! The outcome was amazing and I loved it. She doesn't braid tight which I appreciate and the parts were neat and perfect leaving space for me to moisturize my scalp. The products she used on my hair (design essesntials) while washing it made my hair the most moisturized and best it has been since I went natural. I will be buying their products from now on! She answered all my questions about my hair and I feel that they really do care about the health of your hair and they actually do tell you how to take care of it. She also made sure I was okay with how she was doing my braids along the way. If you want quality, this is definitely the place. You will not be dissappinted!

I enjoy their service. I appreciate the outstanding customer service. When I am there I feel like I am at home. I love Tarsha for your knowledge of my hair and have helped me tremendously to keep my hair healthy right from the start in your home to her shops. I have traveled to House of Beautiful Locs from Youngstown because they are the best. I am happy I have been Tarsha's customer for a year and some months now. She saved my locs and made them beautify and number one of course healthy. She is like a counselor for my hair. I purchase their products because they work to maintain healthy hair.
