I purchased two laser treatment services via groupon. Sanctuary DermaSpa does provide these services but my experience dealing with them was awful. The staff and management is very rude and inflexible. There were multiple times they called to change appointment times at the last minute due to lack of a technician but they cancelled the last laser treatment in my package because they refused to reschedule it. They have no concept of customer satisfaction and don't realize that happy customers are repeat customers. Don't go there.

Santuary DermaSpa is a fabulous resource for serious skincare. The staff is knowledgeable about products and services and skilled at creating skincare treatment plans that get results. Principal Jean Jenkins Clark is gifted practitioner in the most current treatment options. Exclusive in Cincinnati, the Spa offers Invasix Fractora and Forma, providing dramatic anti-aging, acne scarring, and wrinkle improvement through radio frequency. The results are amazing!
