Stephanie was my stylist for a color treatment of highlights/low lights. I showed her pictures and stressed that I wanted very natural conservative color without wide streaks. Stephanie had to fix my hair 2 times on 2 consecutive days due to my time constraints. She did it but be was obviously frustrated that I was unhappy with the vivid candy apple red and dark expresso colors that she gave me.
I just think that anyone going to any stylist should make sure that your idea of a color matches her idea. What she called caramel I called a natural red. What she called red was indeed be Crayola red and she took my roots 2 levels darker than my natural. So growing out my Gray's will now take on a skunk look
