The older lady that cut my hair was nice and seem knowledgeable about what she was was doing. I just needed it trimmed up because my stylist is on maternity leave. The cut terrible. Its uneven and a lot shorter on one side. I showed her several pictures of the exact cut from a few months ago. It isn't complicated, just chin length layered. I wish I could get my $$ back.
