1 st try, lady couldn't get it right.
2 nd try, she cut the back unevenly and the sides weren't even. Said I wasn't happy and she said she'd fix it. I said no because she had 2 attempts to get it right.
They got the boss lady who said her hair was even. I said it wasn't. She said she wad going to dry her hair to prove it to me.
I said I didn't want anyone else messing up her hair. She put my daughter in the chair and said she was going to do it anyway to prove it to me.
She found that her sides we're uneven and the back was uneven but she wanted to "fix it". I said no because they already had 2 attempts to get it done right.
I asked for her manager's name and number. She said she was the manager. I asked for the corporate name and number. She "doesn't know it". I called her a liar.
I asked her to write her name and that of the lady that cut my daughter's hair. She refused. Said the names but refused to write it down.
She said it was no longer her problem since I wouldn't let her fix it.
We Paid $33 for an uneven hair cut.
All this plus while they were conditioning my daughter's hair, they were complaining about a new hire that was supposed to start on the 1st of August but needed to take 2 weeks off before they could start.
Good for military hair cuts our men's haircuts but not females!!!
