We spent the afternoon with Donna at Roots yesterday, and had the best time!! She made time for a complicated color + cut for me, a cut for my daughter, and a cut + beard trim for my husband. Once she was in the chair, our girl asked for some pink in her hair. Donna didn’t miss a beat. She told her absolutely, explained the process, and most importantly—why she was doing things the way she was doing them. Our girl is analytical to the max, so this made the BIGGEST impact on her. And honestly, on me, too. My hair looks amazing! I honestly haven’t been this happy with a hair experience, well, probably ever. My husband has really thick hair that’s incredibly difficult to cut. From day one, Donna has been able to tame that mess into a really handsome cut. She takes her time, is meticulous, and really fun to spend time with. She’s seriously the best! Donna and the entire staff at Roots are thoughtful, kind, and just fun to be around! We’ve found our salon, and can’t wait to go back!

Natasha Barnard is the only one I will trust with my hair. I have followed her throughout the years and have never been disappointed in the services I have received. She is very knowledgeable and will give her professional opinion about what you asking for. Hands down the most amazing stylist I have ever been to!

Donna was great at helping me decide the type of haircut I was wanting, she went the extra mile in giving me more choices than I expected. Everybody was very friendly & welcoming, also a great environment. Not to mention i love my new haircut, I will definitely be coming back!

Best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was a walk-in and they got me in immediately. My hair has never been softer and silkier. I came here a couple months ago and got their Amika shampoo and conditioner and it’s SO good. Donna was so nice and chill. Will definitely be returning in the future.
