Disappointed Long Time Customer

I have used Kylee Nail for years for pedicures and manicures. Today was my last visit. Very poor customer service after failed shellac work. Demanded payment to fix their mistake. Sadly, I’ll move to a new salon.

Gift certificate NOT honored!

Purchased a $65 gift certificate fir mother who is in her 80s. It expired 12-20-20. She went to use it in early 2021. Due to Covid and this business being closed part of the time, she was hesitant to go in. They WOULD NOT honor the certificate. We will not be using their services ever again!

Second visit, may not be a third. Do not let the older gentleman do your nails...you will be disappointed. Even after repeating my color choice number three times (K025), the wrong polish was applied by the young guy. Extremely disappointed with attitudes, and nails are thick and uneven lengths. I never like to knock a small, independent business...but this trip was a $48 disappointment.

i've been going to this place 5 years or so and they're wonderful. so nice and they have great prices. i recommend the lady that owns the place or the guy. (pretty sure there's only one guy lol)

The ppl at Kylee nails are super nice. My advice to the staff would be if you are busy just let the walk in person know how long the wait will be realistically. That way if ppl have plans or a sitter with their kids they can plan.
