Today I had the Pleasure of Skylar coloring and cutting my hair 😊 I read the negative review about her before booking my appointment and in that comment the statement was made her hair looked nice. It made me wonder if she had done what the young lady wanted done and it looked bad it would have been a negative review.... I found out for myself that she takes Pride in what she is doing! We had a nice conversation and I could not be happier with the results! So many times people are quick to complain but not so quick to say thank you. I opt for Thank You.

My good friend, Sam, was in there today to get her hair done. Skylar was her stylist and was very rude and unprofessional. They will NOT be getting a return visit. This has also influenced my daughter-in-law and my son for their future hair care needs. Since I helped fund this visit, I take personal umbrage to poor attitude and rude behavior. When a customer asks a question or makes a suggestion, you shouldn't ignore the question and/or cop an attitude about the suggestions. I've worked in sales for over 16 years. I am always open to suggestions on how to be better. Answering questions in a friendly, professional manner lead to a fulfilling customer experience. Maybe, as a stylist, Skylar gives a dozen haircuts a day. To the customer sitting down, maybe it's once every 3 months. You should make that an EVENT for them. Courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism shouldn't be too much to ask for during that event.

I love Salon J! Whether it be a cut and color from Jamie or a hairstyle for prom from Skylar, I have always left super happy with the services I have received. All of the girls are so sweet, and it's such a fun atmosphere!
