Th women working the closing shift of 03/08/18 were HORRIBLE!! Terrible attitudes. We walked in and werenâ€™t greeted, but they were quick to roll their eyes at us. When asking for help finding a specific item, the lady sighed and effortlessly showed me where it should be. Then, when walking out, a taller woman sarcastically told us to â€œhave a good nightâ€ This is not the first time Iâ€™ve received terrible customer service from this location. Will NOT be giving them my business anymore. Iâ€™d literally rather drive an hour to OKC or Tulsa.

I went in to buy a chemical peel for the first time. The girls here were super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt nervous going in, but completely at ease once the manager showed me around. She new exactly what I needed and the products that work with my skin type. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

Been coming here since i moved for school back in 2014, some of the staff has changed since i took a break from going to the actual store (been shopping online) so i cant speak to their character but the older staff is amazing. They remember me by name cause i go there so often theyre sweet, accomodating, and understanding (if i dont like something, i return it.) i have had one or two problems with some new employees but like, just complain. Some ppl here say they walk around and werent asked if they needed help? Go up to them and ask for help. Its really not that hard and if anything by doing that theyll be more attentive to other customers. I personally love that they dont bother me every two seconds asking if i need help cause i usually know what i want. But if youre in need of some aid then just ask instead of being upset that they didnt come up to you. I promise theyll be glad to help. I never used their salon services but alex is the one to go for brows â¤ï¸âœŒðŸ½
