DO NOT GO HERE! HORRID SERVICE AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT NO BUSINESS SERVICE SKILLS AND INSULTING...
The stylist treated my adult son horribly. Even though I mentioned how he liked his hair and beard, the stylist cut it the way he wanted not my son. He mislead me stating this is what my son wanted and asked if it was ok. Why me? I said whatever he wants. I made an error on the credit card receipt and the tip + service did not equal the total amount. The stylist made the same mistake I did, but upper management would not listen to my concerns and did not follow the legal guidelines that you go by the total amount. I had overdraft fees which the management will not refund. I drove 45 mins to correct this and discuss about the service like I said I would. I was told their would be an asst mgr.there. Nope! Mohammed (I guess the franchise owner) dismissed my service complaint and belittled my complaint. Then he hung up on me. I did get the overcharge corrected. I would not have complained about the haircut... I just would not have gone back. Yet, Mohammed's service to me, the customer, was insulting and just plain bad business.
Business management should know what the legal amount is on a receipt. So many excuses and blame at me was a joke.
