First of all, this review is not based on their abilities. This is based on their hours of operation and their sign at their place of business that says open when they are not. The inside looks great, my friend had her eyebrows waxed and they look awesome. But they need to work on either time management, changing their hours of operation, learning how to turn OFF open signs and possibly getting an answering machine.

Ross was amazing. Very friendly and accurate. I had a keratin treatment done and am amazed by the results. I will save tons of time not having to flat iron my hair.

I’m from out of state, and I called the salon to get a gift certificate for my Mom…for Mother’s Day. They were super friendly! They even mailed the gift certificate directly to my Mom, complete with a personalized message. I’m sure I’ll be the favorite this year! Thanks Upscale!

Sarah is an amazing manacurist! Very relaxing feet and hand massages too! Her nail colors have some Caption brand choices which are healthier! She even repaired my thumb and nail I accidentally bumped on the way out the door!! I highly recommend going to get pampered by Sarah at Upscale Hair Salon in downtown Okmulgee!!

I've never had a manicure before, but Sarah talked me through the whole process, explained why and how she was doing things, and put me entirely at ease. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and talented. My jagged, chewed-up nails came out looking fantastic!
