A poor experience

Went in last weekend for my regular mid fade. Two of the hairdressers made rude remarks, while waiting, that myself and a friend were talking too much, which I ignored because they were in a hurry to close. Maybe it had been a long day? I put up with the vulgar music they played because I was already in the chair. My haircut was mediocre at best, it felt very low-effort and hurried. The staff commented multiple times that they'd experienced bad reviews so they stopped talking to customers, and that they "hated their jobs." Between the rude behavior, horrible customer service, and sub-par haircut, I won't be returning to this salon and will take my chances with the other Barbers at the exchange. Obscene language and rude stylists; not a professional atmosphere and certainly not a place I'd like my kids to be around for very long.

Thank you Cindy for the fantastic hair cut you gave me. You styled it exactly the way I wanted it. I would recommend Cindy to anyone looking for a really good hair stylist. I finally found a total professional who both enjoys her job and puts her heart into her work. Great job Cindy!!!

Walked in and asked for a medium fade. She failed to blend in anything above the fade. Even after I pointed it out as an issue. It had been 3 weeks since my last hair cut, so it was and is still grown out and rough. I've been here before and a different lady cut my hair, and I had no issues at all with her.

5*****, no complains, I got exactly what I asked for; in my opinion is so much better than the haircut places in the mini bx or the one right beside them at the main bx. They take their time, even the shampoo is included in the price ($13.45). I have seen some horrible haircuts around here coming out of the mini bx... I don't trusting that military haircut for $9.99... Remember you get what you pay for... I definitely recommend Stylique, specially Morgan, she did an amazing job. Thank you 😁

Same experiences as the previous reviews, people walking in with out appointments just to hop in line and get cut before those of us with appointments. After Waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time and three people taking chairs i decided to leave and go else where. Wonderful way to serve those who serve.
