Okay. So I booked for an eyebrow threading not too long ago. When I checked in, they got the lady that does eyebrows and she doesn't introduce herself. Just says "I'm ready for you now" and keeps walking to the room for the eyebrows. She doesn't ask me if I want any shaping or anything done. She just tells me to lie down on the table and she gets to work. I could tell she was rushing. She only asked me one thing and that was "why did you decide to get your eyebrows threaded?" And that was it. I'm fine with no small talk but still. Then she held the mirror out of my reach so I couldn't see how it looked straight on. I paid then left. I now notice that I look ridiculous because my right eyebrow is SUPER noticeably uneven and ridiculous. It looks like I constantly have my eyebrow raised. The only thing I wanted was for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and defined. No shaping. I also expressed that it was my first time ever getting them threaded and normally that would prompt a professional to kind of walk you through the process a little before starting but nope. Just rush, rush, rush til I'm done. I won't be coming back here but I will be contacting you on Monday when you're open. This is just unacceptable. Edit: the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because Jenn Briggs has awesome customer service when I spoke with her. Edit 2: Im deciding to leave my review up because I definitely won't be asking for eyebrow threading again. I have spoken with the owner and she did right by me. Jenn did my eyebrows today and it was an amazing experience. Mostly painless, great service, wonderful woman. My eyebrows look nice and don't feel wacky. I would highly recommend booking with Jenn for eyebrows. I haven't had her for hair yet but plan on it eventually and I have to say, I'm excited. :)

The whole staff is friendly! My stylist is Jenn and she does a fabulous job every time! I highly recommend this salon because what I love most is that they are consistently on top of all the new techniques and products so that we customers get the best of the best that they have to offer!

I visited the salon today for the first time. I called to check prices and they said they had an appointment open. They sat me down right away with a very friendly down to earth stylist and she did a fabulous job! I asked her for some recommendations for my hair and she showed me a few products she was using and I purchased all of them! I would highly recommend them!

Great atmosphere! Loved that the massage room was off and away from the salon. It made for a quite room to relax in! Definitely will book another massage with them.

I had a bad spot in my neck where it hurt to turn and tilt back my head. He did a very good job, the table was comfortable and also heated. There was a decent amount if padding on the table because I have been to several places and if you don't have a good table/bed to lay on you can't really enjoy the experience. Also they don't use essential oils, in case you have allergies.
