Edit: since I wrote this review, I’ve had 3 more nails chip.
My husband got me a gift card for the salon so I could get pampered before I returned back to work from maternity leave. On Sunday the 2nd of October I went in and had a full set of nails put on. That following Tuesday (2 days later) I had a nail chip and then another one on Thursday. I have an office job, so it's not like I'm hard on my nails at all. I called to see what they could do for me. I was told that I had to come in this week for it to be fixed without a charge. I let them know that between my work schedule, having 5 kids, 2 of which are in sports. I wouldn't be able to come in until next week. Now I understand that me having a busy life is not their fault. BUT- I do feel like they could have given me another option. All the receptionist said was, that's what my manager said and that is all we can do. I spent $78 on nails that chipped within the first week. Had I known they were that much, there is no way I would have had them done there. I would have gone to Excellent nails, where I typically go and have never had issues with my nails chipping, and they don't cost near as much. I'm very disappointed and I will not be going back for any of their services.
