Awful service!! I went in today because I made an appointment yesterday for a consultation, for a perm. Jen didn't open the gates on time and she seemed bothered I was even there. I told her who I was and she started looking through the appointment book and I told her it was for a perm and before I could get out consultation she rudely said " I don't have time to do a perm!" I replied back with it was a consultation and never mind." I will never go back.

The two young women working at the time I attemptat my visit were both quite rude. The first was on her cell phone, asked if I needed a haircut, and walked away. The next girl begrudgingly walked up to the register, says "I have to register you" and I say "ok". She then snootily says "that means you have to get over here". At this point, I decide that I don't need my hair cut by this girl and tell her I'm leaving. So I can't say whether or not the haircut was good, because the customer service was so poor that I didn't trust them around my hair.

If you need your hair colored, pick another place. In 1 hour they colored my hair three times and still did not get it right. I will need to go to another hair salon just to correct their mustake.

I've been trying to get this cut for over two years. Finally kayla did it. Looks great and easy to style. Fun. Show a picture they can do it tell you they cannot.
