Ok..they need to focus on the customer, not their own drama. There is an undercurrent of drama among the staff which seems to take away from the customer experience of being pampered. One of their former stylists has cancer and the whole atmosphere is about this poor woman and her bills, disease etc. All the posts on their Facebook Page are about this woman raising money for her. No offense but when I go in to get my hair done I want the person working on me to focus on ME, not that drama. A lot of raw emotions in there due to this woman's illness. They should close the doors and take time out if they cannot pay attention and be happy with the customers that come in daily to look beautiful!!! Please pay attention to your CUSTOMERS, not your problems while working. People will stop coming there because it is an uncomfortable atmosphere.
