Great salon! Lovely ambience. Harsha, my hairstylist, was fabulous. Knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. Would definitely go again to see her!

I've been a walk-in twice and each time I was not treated how I felt I should be. I went in today to have a trim and was willing to wait. When I got there, the doors were locked and the only stylist there had to come and open it for me (a client was in there so they shouldn't have been locked) and she turns and walks away from me straight back to her client. I start to approach her and she ask if I had an appt. I said no and that i needed a trim and could wait. "Well who do you want? I'm booked up". Both times I felt this hostile attitude when they found out I didn't have an appt. Not worth it. If you do go and see them, make sure you book an appt or you too could be locked out of their location and made to feel troubled for your lack of appt.

Harsha was absolutely fantastic! First time I've gone into a salon and had my expectations exceeded. Great value for money, great company, and an outstanding talent for styling hair! I'll definitely be going back!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Daniel as my stylist. I love the salon, and all the extras they offer customers (champagne, even!) made me feel as if they really cared about me. But the best part was the job Daniel did on my hair. And I sure didn't make it easy on him. I let my hair go for long enough that it was down to my waist by the time I went in to get it cut. Poor Daniel had to spend two hours wrapping the whole thing in foils for the highlighting part, but he never once complained and kept me entertained the whole time with lively conversation. He listened to me and gave me everything I asked for and then some. And when he was done, my hair looked better than it has in years. The whole experience was worth a million dollars, but the cost was a good $60 LESS than I've paid at other places. I will never get my hair done anywhere else but Potions Salon from now on, and I highly encourage everyone else to give it a try. And if my review wasn't convincing enough, they give you chocolate, too!
