Kati cut and styled my hair amazing! I had a horrible bang cut from another salon and was frightened to get them fixed by someone. Kati went above and beyond for me and made me feel beautiful again! Loved her and my new hair cut!

I made a first time appointment with Amanda Shevlin after coming off a very unfortunate experience with another salon in town. My hair was literally “tangerine” colored. Amanda was so kind and such a great listener. We went through my hair history, where I was at now, and where I’d like to be. She also was quick thinking in applying her expertise to an appointment that was only scheduled for partial highlights when it was really a color correction. Amanda was also super accommodating and filled with a helpful spirit. Her customer service is top notch. My hair is now a beautiful color and back on track to being healthy and vibrant. I’ve been to others in Bend over the years but Amanda is someone very special. You can rest easy with her behind the chair. Thank you Amanda!

Kaila Lundstrom is your girl! Great energy and always professional. She goes above and beyond to always make you look your best. This is a beautiful salon and the vibe is classy and professional. All the people there are friendly and have their own style. Love it!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My stylist acted very nice. Then she began bashing my family all over social media. Customer service was absolutely terrible!
