I took my 4 year old in for a short boys fade haircut. He climbed up into the chair and sat very still for the entire haircut. He behave so well I was amazed with him. The haircut is subpar, the blend / taper is only partially completed and the front is jagged. I expect to fix my own haircuts but didn’t expect to have to fix a boys haircut that is a common style. The stylist was nice, but the cut was inferior. Cost $20

I call ahead in the day at 1:30ish asking if they accept walk ins. I get a yes in return, very minimal communication after my question. I head over there, it's now exactly 2:38. There's a woman in the chair and a man waiting next. The hairdresser lets me know that the last hair cut she is giving is to him because they will be closing "early." They close at 4pm for Sunday's. Could easily get through who was waiting and also mine in under an hour. Not a way to build clientele if you ask me, furthermore wasting my diligence of calling ahead. Thanks but no thanks Wilsonville location.

seriously just had to go home and fix my mohawk! The lines were already cut in and she didn't follow them ( thanks to a friend looking at it) embarrassing btw and I had to reshape my sides because of obvious missed spots. The manager from Tualatin did my hair last and whoever was working with her was absolutely terrible. I should have just waited for the manager and not tipped the one that did my hair... wasn't even checked to see if I liked it! Not even given a mirror to look at the back or anything .. just cut ,product and bye..basically rushed out..

I wanted a cheap trim and that's pretty much what I got. For $21, the ends of my hair were spritzed with a waterbottle and trimmed. Truly nothing fancy. However, I'm giving 3-stars because the place was not very clean. The workstation and chair I was led to were both covered in others peoples hair trimmings, as was the floor. The staff was friendly and I felt fine getting a super basic trim there, but I wouldn't return for anything more complicated/detailed.

Never in my life have I had this bad of a hair cut/experience. I’m 30. I have/had visible chunks of hair that are hanging down randomly throughout my hair. The right front portion had a chunk hanging down at least a half inch to an inch longer then the rest of it. Nothing is even. She shouldn’t be touching people’s hair if she doesn’t know how to cut, especially women’s hair. I want to cry it’s that terrible to me, I may not know much about hair but this is ridiculous. I definitely do not want to go back to have the same lady fix it. It’s already shorter than what I wanted. Pretty sure my fiancé could have done a better job blindfolded. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have never paid for this butchers job and never ever would have given her a decent tip.
