Came in and wanted a fade. Received criticism on calling it that even though he knew what I was talking about. Told him 1/2" on the sides 3/4" on top. He then asks me in a questioning tone if I want a number four and six on top or something like that. Pretty much redundant information I wouldn't need to know unless I was planning on using the clippers. I told him to just do what he thinks would look best. Then he says well I have to know what you want. I repeat that I want a fade, 1/2" on the side 3/4" on top. At this point I'm ready to just get up and leave but I need a haircut so I sit through it and try to have a friendly conversation. I told him I used to cut my own hair and the man whose services I'm paying for has the audacity to mock me; saying I could probably do a better job than him since I'm the expert. A good haircut but terrible customer service.
