This hair person completely did a terrible job on me. I have gone to other Great Clips and come to expect a trim once a month. I don't want to see this person again.

They completely destroyed my sons hair and then bold faced lied about what was asked to be done then she had the audacity to be rude when it was brough up great clips is a joke!

Came in and wanted a fade. Received criticism on calling it that even though he knew what I was talking about. Told him 1/2" on the sides 3/4" on top. He then asks me in a questioning tone if I want a number four and six on top or something like that. Pretty much redundant information I wouldn't need to know unless I was planning on using the clippers. I told him to just do what he thinks would look best. Then he says well I have to know what you want. I repeat that I want a fade, 1/2" on the side 3/4" on top. At this point I'm ready to just get up and leave but I need a haircut so I sit through it and try to have a friendly conversation. I told him I used to cut my own hair and the man whose services I'm paying for has the audacity to mock me; saying I could probably do a better job than him since I'm the expert. A good haircut but terrible customer service.
