I get my hair cut here regularly. They do a good job and they're really fast. Sure miss all the coupons that used to be available.

My family and I are regular customers at this Great Clips location. They have wonderful stylists there, who always pay attention to our needs, make friendly and professional conversation, and always have us leaving happy with our haircuts. Earlier this week I was in shock at what I (and many other people!) Witnessed. The manager at this beauty salon, named Carl Schroeder, was screaming at one of their wonderful hairdressers, verbally assaulting her and became increasingly hostile. I had my phone out to call 9-1-1 because I was afraid that he was going to physically harm her! She kept telling him to stop, and stop screaming at her! My husband came out of Subway next door to go over and get him away from her(he was getting lunch while I was getting my hair cut-except i left before ever getting a hair cut due to this crazy man!) So many people were standing by outside of the hair salon seeing what was going on and he couldn't give a care in the world! he kept shouting and screaming and stepping towards her! The hair dresser was in tears! My husband and I gave our address and phone numbers to her in case she needed witnesses. I hope there is legal action taken on this terrible human being! Completely disgusting and uncalled for behavior! Unforgivable! I called and a man named Tony told me that he had been fired! Thank God! I was scared for that woman. I went to the great clips on commercial street that day, but we will be back! This salon has the best hairdressers, and no one deserves that!

The gal that cut my hair remembered me from a previous visit, and was very pleasantly chatty while she cut my hair. She offered to trim my eyebrows and cut my nose hairs, both of which were appreciated. I've been coming to Great Clips for several years, and have yet to be disappointed.

It wasn't actually myself but my husband who got his hair did. He likes it high & tight and is very particular. But he was pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Iâ€™ve been going to great clips for 4 years and Iâ€™ve never had anyone disrespect my hair the way Tony did. I donâ€™t know if he isnâ€™t sure how to cut Womenâ€™s hair but I asked him to cut my hair midway through my chest and he cut A LOT MORE than I asked for. I also asked for higher and a lot of layers and he didnâ€™t even give me any layers and he cut my hair so uneven I had to go home and fix it myself and give myself layers. The whole time when he was cutting my hair he kept pulling and yanking on my hair and head there was so many times my eyes were wattering from the pain. He had also just gotten in from smoking and he didnâ€™t even wash or sanitize his hands and the whole time he was cutting my hair he kept putting his hands all over my face and smelt like cigarettes I felt like gagging and puking the whole time. Then when he was done I payed and signed for the cut and turned around and then he said â€œare you not gonna tip meâ€ and I said no Iâ€™m sorry I donâ€™t have that much money right now (but it was really cause he did such a horrible job on my hair) and he looks at me and gives me the nastiest look Iâ€™ve ever encountered over a tip not given to them then he turns around and then he starts complaining to his co worker about how he should go back to serving cause people actually know how to tip in that industry and the co worker just ignored him while she was working on my boyfriend which SHE was just fabulous to him!!
